• Shipping occurs Monday - Wednesday only. 
• Overnight or two day shipping is required.
• FedEx shipping is the only service available.  
• One day shipping Live Animal Guarantee if temperature is 50-90 F in Los Angeles and at delivery destination.
  
• Late fall, winter and early spring shipping will require One Day Overnight service for animal safety reasons. Two Day options will be removed from the site as appropriate. 
• In case of DOA, we will provide a full refund, or a replacement animal. Buyer must pay additional shipping for the DOA animal. Buyer must provide evidence animal death by sending a picture of the creature with a pin through its cephalothorax or abdomen.
