Refund Policy

- Shipping from Los Angeles -

• Shipping Monday - Wednesday only to ensure animals are not held over a weekend.
• In order to be eligible for an animal cost refund, buyer MUST select One Day Overnight shipping.
• One day shipping Live Animal Guarantee only available if the temperature in Los Angeles is between 50-85F on the day of shipping.
• Micro Wilderness requires someone to be present for the interception of the package in order to insure the purchase. Buyer must email regarding any issues within 2 hours of arrival. (We do not honor Live Animal Guarantee if the shipment is allowed to sit unattended after delivery.) 
• In the event of a DOA, you must notify Micro Wilderness within two (2) hours of package delivery.
• Micro Wilderness is not responsible for any delayed packages resulting in DOA or lost package in transit.
• Evidence, such as the picture of the dead specimen(s) will be required with a pin through body, abdomen or thorax. Refund would only apply on animals(s) and not include the paid shipping cost.
• Buyer must cover shipping cost to replace DOA OR accept a refund.
• We do not hold animals unless payment is remitted. First come, first serve.
• Free animals provided as gifts or bonuses do not fall under Live Animal Guarantee.
